Nestled on a generous 4,500-square-metre block on the northern Gold Coast, Logan’s property perfectly reflects his lifestyle. While the home’s stylish interior is largely credited to his wife, the backyard tells another story entirely. Featuring a custom-built BMX training facility, the property has become both a family paradise and a professional training ground.
“This is literally why I bought this property,” Logan explained during the episode. “We were looking for a big open space where I could build a skate park.”
The private training facility has helped Logan maintain his place among the world’s elite BMX riders, allowing him to practise and prepare without leaving home. As Logan continues to chase his goal of competing at the Los Angeles Olympics, having a reliable and resilient home has become increasingly important.
Rising energy costs drive battery investment

“We got the solar system installed last year, and then now we’ve got the solar battery installed,” Logan said. “Obviously, that’s going to take a big chunk off our power bills.”
