OpSun has debuted the SunRail Inverter Rack, a mounting solution for inverters on commercial flat roof projects.

Inverter Rack can accommodate one to six inverters per row. It ships to project sites preassembled and uses one type of nut for attachment. Inverter components are mounted to SunRail’s multiple rail channels, which can help avoid roof irregularities.
An optional inverter cover is available as a bundled accessory, which blocks direct sunlight while keeping sides open for airflow, and lifts like a hood for full inverter access without disassembling the structure.
“We’ve built a strong position in commercial flat-roof solar with SunRail Performance,” said François Gilles-Gagnon, president of Opsun Systems. “What we kept hearing from EPCs was that inverter placement on the roof was still a field problem, no standardized solution, a lot of improvisation. The SunRail platform lent itself well to solving that. The Inverter Rack is built on the same engineering logic: aluminum construction, engineered for real site conditions, and fast to install.”
OpSun is shipping Inverter Rack from its North American facilities.
