In an ongoing effort to reduce the industry’s 50% contract cancellation rate, technology company Pale Blue Dawn has expanded its integration platform to connect major solar software tools including OpenSolar, Aurora Solar and SubcontractorHub, along with widely used project management systems like Quickbase and Notion, and industry-standard CRMs including NetSuite and HubSpot.

The company’s Bridgit platform automates data flow between design platforms, project management tools and CRMs, addressing a critical industry challenge. The average company currently uses 93 different tools, with manual data transfer between systems creating significant delays in project progression.

“By connecting design tools like Aurora and OpenSolar directly with project management platforms, we’re eliminating the data silos that often lead to delays and cancellations,” said Steven Male, co-founder of Pale Blue Dawn.

The platform’s mission is to seamlessly connect every step of the solar lifecycle — from initial Aurora designs and OpenSolar proposals through to utility applications, permit submissions and final installation scheduling. When fully implemented, field teams will be able to update progress in any connected system, with changes instantly reflected across all platforms to keep everyone aligned on project status.
