Sunvoy has launched an e-signature option to its operations platform for solar installation companies. Sunvoy eSignatures allows solar companies to prepare, send and collect legally binding signatures directly within their branded customer portal — no third-party tools and no per-envelope fees.
In the United States, a typical solar customer might interact with a half-dozen different platforms throughout their project journey. Sunvoy eSignatures eliminates this fragmentation. Now, homeowners can sign documents directly inside the same app they use to track installation progress and monitor solar inverter system performance. Notifications come from the installer’s domain, documents remain accessible under the Documents tab and all communications stay on-brand.
“This is about giving installers control of their brand and their customer experience,” said Herve Billiet, CEO of Sunvoy. “No more off-brand PDFs or DocuSign logins. Just a seamless journey under one roof.”
Traditional e-signature vendors often charge $1-$3 per envelope, plus extra for multi-party signing and per-seat pricing for staff. For installers processing hundreds of documents per month, these fees quickly add up. Sunvoy eSignatures removes that overhead and comes included in the Sunvoy subscription. This eliminates a full class of SaaS expenses and simplifies financial operations for scaling solar companies.
Documents like interconnection forms, change orders and installation agreements can now be automatically grouped into reusable envelopes, triggered by project stages (e.g., post-permit or inspection scheduled), pre-filled with customer data from the installer’s CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, etc.) and sent automatically.
