CAB Solar has released a new above-ground cable management system, ModulAir. The free-air solution meets NEC requirements for utility-scale solar projects and has been tested to certify it will carry cables to their designed current limit without exceeding temperature ratings.
CAB Solar’s ModulAir Hanger System utilizes a tiered system for cable separation, optimizing air flow around cables to enhance eBOS performance and to eliminate the need for cable derating. The hanger system can be paired with the company’s patented above-ground cable management system with integrated grounding.
