Clean Slate Solar has successfully brought two new community solar projects online in Landover, Maryland, delivering locally generated clean energy to residents while expanding access to meaningful electricity savings for low- and moderate-income (LMI) households.
3101 Pennsy
The two projects total 1.7 MW of power — 1,297 kW at the 3101 Pennsy project and 435 kW at the 3333 Pennsy location.
Together, the projects on existing commercial rooftops will serve hundreds of community solar subscribers, with at least 51% of the capacity dedicated to income-qualified households. Subscribers are expected to receive guaranteed savings on their electricity bills without any upfront costs, credit checks or long-term commitments.
