M Bar C Construction acquires the assets of AFC Solar, expanding nationwide solar canopy and parking garage installation capacity for EPCs, developers, and facility owners.
M Bar C Construction has acquired AFC Solar.
M Bar C Construction, a solar carport and shade structure company, has acquired AFC Solar, a PV sub-contractor also specializing in canopies. This acquisition, which includes the AFC Solar business assets and all key team members but excludes AFC Steel, a separate entity, expands M Bar C’s installation crews.
“While AFC Steel will continue to service the industry with procurement and high-quality fabrication of steel products, this acquisition will further enhance a long-standing relationship in the solar industry between M Bar C and AFC Steel. This relationship will provide clients with seamless project delivery from design through canopy construction installation,” said Cole Morgan, president of AFC Steel.
For over five decades, M Bar C Construction has specialized in designing and installing solar and non-solar carports for commercial, industrial, educational and municipal clients.
