Warranty Period

The warranty period for Solartex USA products ranges from 1 to 25 years, depending on the specific product. It begins from the date of purchase by the original consumer. Proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt, is required to establish the start date of the warranty.

Limited to Original Consumer Buyer

Our warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is non-transferable to subsequent owners.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover products that have been misused, abused, modified, or damaged by accident. It also does not apply if the product has been used for purposes other than normal consumer use as specified in Solartex USA’s product literature, repaired by unauthorized personnel, or if modified products are received for warranty claims, which will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Replacements

If a product fails to operate within 30 days, Solartex USA will replace it, assuming the remaining warranty of the original product. For issues arising from inappropriate operation, we assist with resolution but do not accept returns or replacements. Customers are responsible for accessory and shipping fees.

For damaged parts under warranty, please contact us to arrange delivery of the replacement part.

Return Policy

Solartex USA offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for goods purchased directly from us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days, provided it is unused, undamaged, and unmodified. Return requests beyond 30 days require special authorization.
