Shipping Policies

Destinations: We ship to the contiguous United States, excluding Puerto Rico and Hawaii. For inquiries about other locations, contact us before purchasing.

Dispatch Origins: Our packages ship from our U.S. warehouses located in Texas and California.

Delivery Timeframe: Please allow 1 business day for order processing. Customers on the West Coast will receive their orders within 2 to 4 days, and East Coast customers within 5 to 7 days. Orders ship from our U.S. warehouses in CA or TX.

Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for all products, except for solar panels of 200 watts or higher.

Carrier Partners: We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and local couriers. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

Address Amendments: Changes to the delivery address are not possible once the package has been dispatched.

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, contact the carrier to initiate a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged items for assessment.

Additional Considerations:

• All orders require a valid street address; expedited orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
• Once dispatched, rerouting is not feasible.
• Some orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
