Designed as the perfect companion to Renogy Smart Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery Series, this monitoring screen eliminates the need for traditional shunt-based monitoring systems. Instead, it communicates directly with the battery management system (BMS), delivering more accurate state of charge (SoC) readings and other vital information such as voltage, current, capacity, remaining time, warning codes, and the number of paralleled batteries.
Effortless Setup and Use
Ease of use is paramount with the Monitoring Screen for Smart Lithium Battery Series. Simply connect the monitoring screen to your battery or battery bank and access real-time data with the push of a button. No complex system configurations or calibrations are needed – it’s that simple.
Direct BMS Communication
Accurate monitoring is ensured by obtaining battery bank operation information directly from the BMS, allowing for precise tracking and prediction of battery performance. Additionally, the monitoring screen supports parallel battery banks, enabling monitoring of the charging/discharging process with inter-battery communication.
Flexible Connectivity Options
Connecting the monitoring screen is straightforward. Utilize the included RJ45 communication cable to connect to the RS485 UP Communication Port on the first battery. For parallel battery banks, connect the RS485 LINK Communication Ports of former batteries to the RS485 UP Communication Ports of latter ones using CAT5 (or above) Ethernet straight-through cables (not included).
Battery Shelf Mode
To conserve power when not in use, the Monitoring Screen supports Battery Shelf Mode. Simply push and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds to switch to shelf mode, ensuring your system stays efficient even during downtime.
