WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period varies between 1 to 25 years for different Solartex USA products. The warranty duration begins from the date of purchase by the original consumer. Proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or other reasonable documentation, is required to establish the start date of the warranty.

LIMITED TO ORIGINAL CONSUMER BUYER

The warranty provided by Solartex USA LLC is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is non-transferable to subsequent owners.

EXCLUSIONS

Our warranty does not apply to products that have been:

  • Misused, abused, modified, or damaged by accident.
  • Used for purposes other than normal consumer use as specified in Solartex USA LLC’s product literature.
  • Repaired by unauthorized personnel or facilities.

Any modified products received for warranty claims will be returned at the customer’s expense.

REPLACEMENTS

Solartex USA LLC will replace any product that fails to operate within 30 days. The replacement assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. If products appear faulty due to inappropriate operation, we can assist with issue resolution but don’t accept returns or replacements. Customers are responsible for accessory and shipping fees.

For damaged parts replacements, please contact us to arrange delivery of the replacement part (under warranty).

RETURN

Solartex USA LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for goods purchased directly from Solartex USA LLC. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days if it’s unused, undamaged, and unmodified. Return requests outside of 30 days require special authorization.
