Description
Quattro Inverter/Charger 48/10000/140 120V
Overview
The Quattro by Victron combines the advanced technologies of an inverter and charger, making it a highly versatile and reliable power solution. It can accept two AC inputs and automatically connect to the active source, ensuring uninterrupted power supply. The Quattro shares many features with the MultiPlus, including a true sine wave inverter, adaptive charging, hybrid PowerAssist technology, and multiple system integration capabilities. This makes it an ideal choice for both off-grid and grid-connected applications.
Key Features
Two AC Inputs & Outputs: Automatically connects to the active source, providing seamless power supply. The main output offers no-break functionality, while the second output is live only when AC is available on one of the inputs.
PowerAssist: Prevents overload of a limited AC source by reducing battery charging and boosting shore side supply with power taken from the battery.
Remote Monitoring and Control: Access the system from a phone, tablet, laptop, or PC for multiple operating systems, allowing for convenient monitoring and control.
Advanced Functionalities
The Quattro extends the PowerControl and PowerAssist functions to manage up to 100A, providing additional capacity to boost grid or generator power. This ensures that during peak demand, the system can compensate for insufficient power by utilizing the battery. When the load decreases, the spare power is used to recharge the battery, optimizing overall energy usage.
Solar Energy Integration
The Quattro is compatible with both off-grid and grid-connected PV systems, including solar charger controllers and grid-tie inverters. This versatility allows for seamless integration into various energy systems, providing reliable AC power even during a grid failure. Additionally, the Quattro supports loss of mains detection software for enhanced reliability.
Flexible Configuration
With the ability to operate in parallel, split phase, and three-phase configurations, the Quattro offers virtually unlimited power output. Up to six units can be connected in parallel, providing substantial power output and charging capacity. Additionally, it supports remote configuring and monitoring via the internet, allowing for easy system adjustments and access to operational data through the VRM (Victron Remote Management) website.
