Description
MultiPlus Inverter/Charger 48/2000/25 120V
Overview
Victron’s MultiPlus combines the technologies of an inverter and charger in one elegant package. Its many features include a true sine wave inverter, adaptive charging, hybrid PowerAssist technology, and multiple system integration features. This multifunctional device ensures reliable and efficient power management, making it an ideal choice for various applications.
Key Features
Unique PowerAssist: Prevents overload of a limited AC source by reducing battery charging and boosting shore side supply with power taken from the battery.
UPS Function: Automatically takes over in the event of a grid failure in less than 20 milliseconds, ensuring continuous operation of connected devices.
Remote Monitoring and Control: Access the system from a phone, tablet, laptop, or PC across multiple operating systems for convenient monitoring and control.
Advanced Functionalities
The MultiPlus offers intelligent power management with its PowerControl and PowerAssist features. These functionalities allow the device to handle limited generator or grid power efficiently, preventing overload by supplementing the power with battery support during peak demand. This ensures that even during high load periods, the system can maintain a stable power supply.
Solar Energy Integration
The MultiPlus is compatible with both off-grid and grid-connected PV systems, including solar charger controllers and grid-tie inverters. This flexibility allows for seamless integration into various energy systems, providing reliable AC power even during a grid failure. The MultiPlus also supports loss of mains detection software for enhanced reliability.
Flexible Configuration
With the ability to operate in parallel, split phase, and three-phase configurations, the MultiPlus offers virtually unlimited power output. Up to six units can be connected in parallel, providing substantial power output and charging capacity. Additionally, it supports remote configuring and monitoring via the internet, allowing for easy system adjustments and access to operational data through the VRM (Victron Remote Management) website.
