Unique PowerAssist Technology
The MultiPlus features Victron’s innovative PowerAssist technology, designed to prevent overloads of a limited AC source. Initially, the system reduces battery charging to avoid overloading. Then, it supplements the shore or generator power with energy from the battery. This dual-stage process ensures stable power supply even during periods of high demand, making the MultiPlus an ideal choice for environments with variable power requirements.
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Function
The MultiPlus excels in providing uninterrupted power supply. It automatically takes over in the event of a grid failure or when shore/generator power is disconnected, all within 20 milliseconds. This rapid response time ensures that critical electronic equipment, such as computers, continues to operate without disruption, making the MultiPlus a reliable solution for both residential and commercial applications.
Scalable and Flexible System Integration
The MultiPlus offers unparalleled flexibility with its ability to operate in parallel and in three-phase configurations. Up to six units can be paralleled to achieve higher power output, while three units can be configured for three-phase output. Additionally, two units can be stacked to provide 120-0-120V split phase output. This scalability makes the MultiPlus a perfect fit for both small and large energy systems, providing virtually unlimited power capabilities.
Remote Monitoring and Control
Victron Energy provides advanced remote monitoring and control capabilities for the MultiPlus. Users can access and control their system from a phone, tablet, laptop, or PC across multiple operating systems. The system can be configured and monitored using VEConfigure software, and with the installation of a Color Control GX or other GX product, remote configuration and monitoring through Victron’s VRM (Victron Remote Management) website is possible. This comprehensive control ensures optimal performance and maintenance of your energy system.
