Reliable Battery Management System (BMS)
The integrated Battery Management System (BMS) ensures safety and reliability by protecting the battery from high/low voltage, short circuit, overcurrent, and high/low voltage charging. The BMS also includes short circuit protection, operating within 200 to 600 microseconds. The advanced BMS helps maintain the health and longevity of the battery, providing peace of mind and consistent performance in various applications.
Efficient Charging and Discharging
The 60Ah e360 Battery supports both CC-CV (Constant Current-Constant Voltage) charging and float charging methods, with a recommended charge voltage of 14.6 Vdc and a float voltage of 13.6 Vdc. The battery can handle a maximum charge current of 30A, ensuring rapid and efficient charging. The BMS charge cut-off voltage is set at 14.6 Vdc to prevent overcharging. The battery’s discharge parameters are equally impressive, with a continuous discharge current of 50A, a maximum discharge current of 60A, and a pulse discharge current of 80A for 1 second. This makes the e360 Battery a reliable power source for high-demand applications.
