A residential solar energy system integrates two Menred ESS LFP.6144.G4 units, each comprising four 6.144kWh modules for a total capacity of 49.14kWh (24.57kWh per unit). The configuration represents a high-capacity lifepo battery solution for homes with significant daily consumption or extended backup requirements.

Each LFP.6144.G4 operates at 51.2Vdc and supports a maximum continuous charge/discharge current of 300A, compatible with 15kW hybrid inverters. The system includes one centralized control box and four battery packs per unit, enabling unified management and protection.

The battery features Menred’s proprietary AI Safety Algorithm, which provides early warnings for short circuits and thermal runaway, and an AI Consistency Algorithm that optimizes cell balancing across all modules. Cell-level voltage, temperature, and state of health are monitored in real time via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth-enabled mobile application.

Communication with the inverter is handled via CAN or Modbus protocols. The LCD touchscreen allows manual selection among 27+ mainstream inverter brands—including Deye—ensuring seamless integration without external converters.

Usable capacity reaches 46.68kWh at 95% depth of discharge, with cycle life exceeding 6,000 at 0.5C and 25°C. Dimensions per unit are 600×1910×210mm, weight 270kg. Up to four units can be paralleled per group; this installation uses two. Standard warranty is 5 years, with a 10-year option available.
